Why study with Natalia?

I am a nationally-recognized trumpet player with years of experience in professional Orchestra, Mariachi, Band, Jazz, and Salsa settings. Though I am very fortunate to have a diverse performing career, I pride myself on being an Educator First. I am guided by my teaching philosophy that believes everyone deserves to connect with and flourish through their music-making.

Who, What, and How I teach:

I teach all ages and all skill levels, from beginners to professionals. Though my students are primarily in Band, I am right at home teaching Jazz Improvisation, Mariachi, and Orchestral Music. Our lessons focus on the foundations of trumpet playing, in addition to learning practice techniques and music theory. I am here to help you explore the world of music, however you wish to be a part of it!

📚 I hold a Bachelor's of Music Education and a Master's in Trumpet Performance. I am also qualified to teach French Horn, as well as Music Theory, Ear Training, and AP Music Theory tutoring. Tuition System

Instead of charging per-lesson, I utilize a Tuition System. Each student will be given a number of lessons at the same, flat rate. Tuition can be paid in installments on the 1st of each month or as a lump sum. This system ensures that your student will be given a guaranteed number of lessons without the fuss of weekly installments. Yippee!

📢 This new system allows me to give your child more lessons at a lower price. It also means more flexibility for missed days and less hassle with rescheduling! In the event of, say, an upcoming audition, I can provide an extra lesson at no extra cost.

1-month, 3-month, 6-month rates 

These are FLAT RATES, to be paid in either monthly installments or as a lump sum.

💬 My standard rate is $85/60 Minutes or $65/45 minutes

60-minute lessons:

1-Month Package = $300/month

Four (60') lessons @ $75 per lesson. Discount Rate. Best Deal!

"A La Carte" Lessons  (pay as you go) = $80/lesson

$80 per lesson. Standard Rate.
